Convenient for the harbour side restaurants and shops.
Breakfast buffet somewhat limited.
Expensive for a hotel that is a bit tired and could do with some updating
I liked the room, it was comfy with a big bed.
Lovely place ,great rooms ,lovely breakfast. Great location so close to Morro bay
Breakfast was an excellent bargain! The room was nicely updated, cheery, and overall very nice. Staff went out of their way to accommodate us despite our very late arrival. Parking, location, amenities, and access to our room was great!
Huge room, 2 double beds, bathroom, television, fireplace and balcony. Excellent value for money. Polite and friendly staff.
Good location, luxury touches, spa, staff, breakfast, furniture.
The room was clean and updated. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Close to the shops. Parking was good. Good continental breakfast. Stay was pretty good. Would stay there again.
Since this was a trip for our mothers, the bathtubs were quite high for 1 of the elderly moms to shower. That was the only negative I saw at the hotel.
Location was outstanding, all facilities in good clean condition
Staff totally disinterested, both reception, and kitchen staff for Breakfast. The worst location for service in our 2 week break.
Our first room was not really up to par but the room we were moved to was excellent.
The original room had a bad view and a few other items not up to par but when we told the front desk they moved us asap and the new room was excellent.
It's a little bit expensive then other hotels around there, but the inside of hotel is quite neat.
Well let's see. When we went to our room there was a young boy about 6 sitting on our bed watching cartoons oh and playing with his toys on our bed. Come to find out he was the grandson of one of the housekeepers. All they offered for this total lack of responsibility was a $25 credit! This was a Serious Slap in the face! They should have offered a new room or full credit!
Breakfast is taken in an open area between the front desk and the elevators and that was a bit strange. If we had got another $20 off the rate I believe then we would have been in the ballpark for this type of accommodation. But we got that all over California; there's no rhyme nor reason to the prices paid. And it's all far too expensive. We overspent our holiday budget by 25% and all of that was down to accommodation so it will be a while before we go back to California. That's a shame because everybody should see it.
Hotel was nicely situated and furnished.
I felt that the hotel was a little tired in decoration and furnishings
It would be a suggestion to upgrade TVs and VHS players to DVD, also the breakfast area is a little small.
